About Greenlane College

Our Institutional Narrative

Established in 2009, Greenlane College is an accredited independent school founded on the principle of delivering exceptional, accessible private education. Our founders' vision was to create an institution distinguished by academic rigour, demonstrated through credible and consistent results at all critical exit points, most notably the National Senior Certificate (Matriculation) examinations.

A Brief History of Growth & Purpose

Conceived in 2009, Greenlane College welcomed its inaugural cohort in 2010 at our original premises. To accommodate our growing community and expanding vision, we relocated in 2013 to our current, central campus at Legal House in Johannesburg. Our evolution from a dedicated high school to a comprehensive Grade 1-12 institution reflects our commitment to providing a continuous, seamless educational journey. From inception, our core purpose has been to offer quality private education that is both excellent and accessible.
